About the Australian Coloured Pencils Network

The ACPN was founded in 2010, is a community “network” inspired to support Australian Coloured Pencil Artists and raise the profile of coloured pencil art in Australia.

The ACPN consists of this website which includes a forum and blog as well as a newslettter, facebook group and various other online outlets to provide resources,  marketing opportunities and connections between those in the Australian coloured pencil community. It is a virtual space to help grow the Australian CP community,  to facilitate collaborative projects and act in the interests of the group as a whole.

This group is specifically for Australian and New Zealand Coloured Pencil Artists of all levels as there is currently no other group or society to form that connection. It has been founded by Australian Coloured Pencil Artist – Belinda Lindhardt who relies on the involvement of the community to help to drive the interests of the group and contributors to help keep the whole thing running. Belinda’s own coloured pencil journey as an artist has inspired her to continue to grow and support the ACPN in whatever way possible.

Each year we provide an online exhibition of Australian Coloured Pencil and Mixed Media Artworks proudly sponsored by “Arthouse Direct – Creativity Unlimited” who have been a fabulous support for the past 4 years in providing prizes and supporting the ACPN in general.

Currently we are sending out periodic Newsletters  – we are looking for contributors for our newsletter and website- please contact us if you are interested in helping out or if you have any information to share.

Becoming a member of this website allows you to post in our forum where you can connect with other ACPN Members, enter our online exhibitions and receive opportunity to enter in our yearly calendar and other collaborative projects.

If you have any other questions please checkout our FAQS or Contact Us to ask directly.
