The Australian Coloured Pencils Network (AusCP) is a place connecting artists, collectors and resources interested in Coloured Pencil Art in Australia.
We hope to keep this a happy, constructive place to visit and communicate with other Australian Coloured Pencil members, this can be achieved by remaining respectful to other members here are a few guidelines in order to keep this a place that we can all enjoy.
Inappropriate Content, Materials and Members
Anyone posting content, pictures and videos of inappropriate materials will not be tolerated. Abusive language, name-calling, insults, harassment, and personal attacks will also not be tolerated. Members are prohibited from making posts or comments that encourage this type of behavior. AusCP Administrators reserves the right to take appropriate measures, including deleting content, blocking any member from posting to our site and/or revoking the membership for any behaviour we determine to be damaging to our community.
Forums & Posting Guidelines
All images and content posted by members remains the property of the owner. However, by posting information to this site, you explicitly grant Australian Coloured Pencil Network specific permission to display said content on its website and to its members.
You acknowledge that you have sufficient written permission of any recognizable models or other persons appearing in your image to be able to grant to the Australian Coloured Pencil Network the right to publish the submission online, and hereby grant to Australian Coloured Pencil Network such right.
The Australian Coloured Pencil Network reserves the right to delete any message for any reason and without notification. You, the member, remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Australian Coloured Pencil Network, its moderators and administrators with respect to any claims, damages, losses, costs and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) based upon transmission of your messages or your content, or that of anyone acting with your permission or with your password.

That you will not post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this site. If copyrighted images are used for reference material, permission from the owner must be obtained and credit given. The moderators at ST will ask for electronic verification as proof of your permission from the photographer.
Works created from copyrighted reference material, even for personal use, and learning purposes will also not be allowed.
- Example: Celebrity photos of any kind, works derived from references taken from magazines.
- Professionally taken portraits, including school pictures.
- Composite images made from copyrighted photos.
- Any and all combinations of the above.
That any copyrighted photos, art, etc, used without permission of the original artist or photographer, will be removed by the administrators/moderators.

This website is intended for people interested in Coloured Pencil Art. While we appreciate that people have other interests in life, please use the appropriate Forum when posting non-art related content. We would like to keep our information relevant to its members in the interests of everyone involved.

This website based around Australian Content and members, while we welcome our international members and resources, please understand that our content is primarily related to providing a resource for Australian members information directly relating to our local community will always be displayed in preference on this website.
Should any behaviour occur, that contradicts these guidelines please report this to Belinda Lindhardt – Website Administrator .

1. Anonymous postings are not allowed. You will need to register an account with us. (We don’t share your information with anyone! Read our <a href=”http://www.colouredpencils.com.au/privacy-policy/” target=”blank”>privacy policy</a>.)
2. Any postings with profanity or inflammatory material will be removed. Users exhibiting rude behaviour towards other users may be banned from the forum.
4. All postings are public become the Australian Coloured Pencil Network, in addition to the posting party.
