Today I wanted to post an article about one of our members Joan Birkett who has continued to follow her dreams with art and coloured pencils desite the challenge she has faced with losing eyesight to cancer.
Thankyou Joan for showing the courage in sharing your story and for giving inspiration to others to continue with their own coloured pencil journey and following your dreams.

Hello, all, I am back. Having survived floods at Christmas ( 4 days evacuaated away from my home ) and then New Year brought on Cyclone Yasi ( 8 days away from my home. ) then home again to the damage, and finding my Studio ( I call it My Play Room ) in total disarray from the wind damage, I am back. I am still dealing with the disarray, but I am wanting to contact member
“Ray Lee” re. his entry regarding his working with the “London Art College ” , but I have not been able to find his entry again . I note there have been changes to the Site…. how can I do this. ? thanks Joan Birkett.
